Dust and Water Proof Flooring

The Asahi Shop Floor is painted with Epoxy coating to make clean shop floor for manufacturing Switchgear Panels. Sanitized atmosphere is created within the factory premises, as per International Norms.

To ensure the shop floor cleanliness, all employees are made to comply to the systems required to implement dust-free environment.

Infrastructure

Modern plant of about 648 sq.mtrs area, in an Industrial area about 35 Kms from Hyderabad Well equipped testing facilities to carry out all relevant tests as per IEC: Power frequency voltage up to 100 KV Asahi plant has a capacity of manufacturing approximately 200 switchboards per month. Having skilled and experienced staff who are re-trained to comply with Japanese manufacturing practices.
