Unique Design Features

Consequent to our association with Hirose Co; Japan, our panels have some unique design features which are listed here under. All these design features are ensured to be complied with by Hirose with an expatriate engineer stationed in Asahi factory. Also the Quality Assurance Systems that are prevalent in Hirose, Japan are emulated to ensure the design features are fully incorporated into the final product.

Close tolerances in Panel cover design for better ingress protection.
Every component is individually standardized for perfect fit to ensure reliability of supply.
Pre-tested and reputed makes of switch gear components including ACBs and VCBs are utilized where customer does not specify.
Safety features hitherto not given importance by other switchgear panels available in the market are our strengths. To help ensure safe operation likely sequences of switchgear performance in the field are simulated with predefined scenarios of operation before the panel is released to customer.

Ratings, design, specifications and details of switchgear are usually set by a multitude of standards. We comply with IEC standards, sometimes with local variations to suit specific customer requirements.

Panel is often inspected to assess the state of the system and predict failures before they occur.

Thus, the basic functions of switchgear that is protection, which is to prevent interruption due to short-circuit and overload fault currents while maintaining service to unaffected circuits, is totally ensured.
