Our Unitized Substation

Our Unitized Distribution Substation (UDS) is a versatile, proven and unique solution to electrical power distribution problems in industrial plants and buildings with requirements that cannot be met by the conventional substations.

One unit provides all the components necessary for distribution of electrical power in an efficiently designed standalone enclosure, including a power distribution transformer, a current limiting disconnect device in the transformer secondary, and a panel-board for individual branch circuit breakers.

The Features are

Primary Side LBS Panel suitable for over head connection instead of conventional power cable connection. (This reduces the cost of the cable)

This Construction reduces height of the civil plinth.(Since it is dead tank construction, Max 1 feet plinth height is required)

Primary & Secondary of the Transformer is connected with bus bars & enclosed with bus ducts ( where required) Fault occurrence have been eliminated & externally no access to the live parts.
